About me

I’m a nutrition scientist, registered dietician, and certified gut health coach — with a deep passion for women’s health.
My work centers on the powerful connection between nutrition, gut health, and overall well-being. Especially for women, digestive issues, weight fluctuations, skin problems, and mood swings are often closely linked.

With my scientific background, I place great importance on evidence-based methods and well-founded recommendations.

At the same time, it’s essential to me that these strategies are practical and holistic — seeing the whole person, not just the symptoms. That’s why I combine nutritional science with principles of functional medicine, supported by movement, relaxation, and mindset work.

How it all began

My journey to becoming a gut health coach began with my own health challenges.

In my early 20s, I struggled with digestive issues, food intolerances, recurring infections, migraines — and eventually, an autoimmune skin condition (psoriasis).

These experiences deeply showed me how closely our die and lifestyle are connected to gut health.

During my studies in nutritional science, I immersed myself in functional medicine, yoga and relaxation techniques — and gradually found my way back to balance.

Today, I’m fortunate to be symptom-free.

This knowledge and personal experience shape my work: grounded, empathetic, and holistic — always guided by the latest scientific research.

Values, Mission & Vision

Transparency and trust are essential to me — and that’s exactly what you can expect.
I only share content that is scientifically grounded, thoroughly researched, and fully aligned with what I believe in and live by.

My goal is to help you better understand your body and its signals — and to empower you to take charge of your own health.

To support you on this path, I provide knowledge, tools, and practical strategies you can easily implement.

Digestive issues aren’t your destiny — they’re your body’s way of asking for help. There are solutions, and gut-friendly eating can be simple, delicious, and easy to integrate into daily life. No strict rules or restrictive diets required.

I know what it feels like to feel uncertain about your health.
During a time when I was struggling myself, I would have wished for exactly this kind of support — instead of endless doctor visits, self-research, and continued training just to find answers.

You are not alone - don't hesitate to reach out and we can see what options work for you.

Behind the scenes

I’m a proud mom of two wonderful children.

When I’m not working, my life mostly revolves around them — with all the challenges and beautiful moments that motherhood brings.

This role inspires me every day to be my best self.
It challenges and fulfills me, and it brings more empathy, patience, and calm into my life and work.

Education & Training

Ongoing education is a natural part of my work.
I regularly attend scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops, and stay up to date by reading current research and professional literature.

My interests go far beyond nutrition: topics like stress, sleep, movement, and mindset are an integral part of my approach. Because health is holistic — body, mind, and lifestyle can’t be viewed in isolation.
